                                                  आज बहुत दिनों बाद मैं इस ब्लॉग पर लौट रहा हूँ । बहुत सोचने के बाद मेरे ख्याल में एक मुद्दा है जिसपर बात करना , विचार करना मेरे हिसाब से बहुत जरुरी है और शायद इसलिए मैंने फिर से ब्लॉग के माध्यम को चुना है। अपनी बात शुरू करने से पहले में उस व्यक्ति का धन्यववाद करना चाहता हूँ जिन्होंने मुझे फिर से प्रेरित किया की मैं फिर लिखना शुरू करूँ । अब आते हैं आज के विषय पर , आज मैंने जो विषय चुना है वो आजकल के समचारों का मुख्य पहलु है । कभी भी दो ही मुद्दे हैं जिनपर सबसे ज्यादा बाते होती है ; १) राजनीति और २) सेना । मजे की बात ये है की ये दोनों आपस में जुड़े हुए हैं । हम सब को दुःख होता है जब एक जवान को बिना किसी कारण के आपने जान से हाथ धोना पड़ता है । वो जो ठण्ड में, गर्मी में , बरसात में हर वक़्त देश की रक्षा के लिए तत्पर रहता है और उसे जान गंवाना पड़ता है ।हम सब चाहते है जो सैनिक बेफजूल कारणों से जान गंवाता है उसके एक एक खू...

Today we i.e. 4 th year of NUSRL have initiated an event. The structure of the event was such where all the guys sitting together having bonfire and pouring their hearts out on specific socio-legal issue.  Today we had chosen the topic of Crime against women v/s Abuse of women centered laws by women. It’s a burning issue of present times.  So here I will try to give the gist of the whole discussion as feel that it should come out. The discussion started, on the point that yes we are facing crime against women but there another facet also where women are misusing the laws and the social morality. It is because there are cases where due to complaints of wife the police has arrested the old parents , children etc and there is another case where a person when he was acquitted from a rape case and still the society saw him as the “Rapist” he went to supreme Court asking them to give back his integrity and dignity. माँ के आँचल में, पत्नी के पल्लू में, हर दुःख का नाश है , बस इतना कहूँगा, अगर औरत रहेगी "तभी जिंदगी खास है" पड़ोस वाली भाभी का, नटखट अंदाज़ मिलता रहेगा, बहन का दुलार मिलता रहेगा, माँ की फटकार मिलती रहेगी, पत्नी का प्यार मिलता रहेगा, अगर औरत रहेगी।। माँ के हाथ का खाना मिलेगा, बहन से लड़ाई का मजा मिलेगा, मायूस पत्नी को मानाने का मौका मिलेगा, कॉलेज में पटाने का अंदाज पता चलेगा, सिटी बजाने का कारण मिलेगा, अगर औरत रहेगी।। ऐ मर्द पूछ अपने दिल से, अगर औरत नहीं रहेगी, तो तू क्या करेगा, अरे ये छोड़ ये सोच , तू दुनिया में कैसे आएगा।।
