Welcome to my second blog. First of all I would like to thank all those who visited my blog and gave valuable comments. Last time I left many a questions unanswered, here I will try to solve all questions that I raised. This article will also deal with Law; rather you can say that this is the next episode of my first blog. Here at first I will try to answer the questions raised by readers then I will move to evolution of law and enforcement of laws. The very first question I got from one of my reader that, ‘How can you say that DHARMA is a law?’ I really respect this question and my answer to this is that – There are two words, i). Religion and ii). Dharma. People use these two words interchangeably. But there is a huge difference in the meanings of these two words. This is going to be my first blog, I hope that it will reach your mind and heart both. As this is my first attempt my article will not be so tempting but I am hoping that I will be able to reach you people. Today we talk about ‘LAW’ every time and every second. We say that law is not working properly, law has deviated from its roots, and Laws should be changed. But for this we need to understand what ‘LAW’ is? Why law is needed? And how it works? How law evolutes? These are some question which I will be dealing here; I am not going to talk the technicalities of Law. What is LAW? If we will go by the dictionary definition ‘law is a set of rules and regulations’ but we can’t say that this is the perfect definition of law. This is a philosophical question which cannot be answered perfectly, or I would say that probably it has no answer. But may theorist tried to define it in their way which they found convenient.
