पथिक

दुःख होता है, दर्द होता है, दिल पल – पल रोता है, ये अपमान किसका है, पिड़िता का, राष्ट्र का या जन-जन का, मन-मष्तिष्क सोचने पे मज़बूर हो जाता है, ये कैसे होता है, ये क्यूँ होता है। ये आक्रोश किसका है, किसपे है, किसके लिए है॥ पन प रहे किड़ो  का उत्तरदायित्व किसका है, समाज में फ़ैला रहे गन्दगी हम हैं, तो क्या इनके रोगों के भागीदार हम नहीं हैं ? डर लगता है सोच कर, अभी तो महाभारत होना बाकी है, जब पाँचाली का अपमान राजदरबार में , युवराज के हाथों होना बाकी है। ए वासुदेव अब इन्तजार ना कराओ, अपनी घड़ी को जरा तेज घुमाओ, इन कष्टों से, दु:शासनो से नितांत दिलाओ। रो रहा हुं , पर समझ नही आता रोऊँ किसके लिए, पिड़िता के लिए, या अपनी जवाबदेही से भागने के लिए, अपनी हरकतों के लिए ॥

I am not a very good student of economics ..but its a just a try , my views ..le me know how is it : Indian economy, which is dependent on agricultural sector, is growing slowly. Indian agriculture is not responding in the way it should, once green revolution progressed agriculture but now either it is stable at or going down. I am not going into the problems of Indian agriculture as different economists are discussing it elaborately in recent times. In this paper, I will be dealing with steps, which can be taken by government of India to enhance the Indian Agriculture. These are my own view and not copied from anywhere. Today, the main issue regarding Indian Agriculture is of Land. Either there is uneconomical distribution of land or land is barren. When I go to my village, I find that there are lands which are barren and land on which agriculture cannot be done.  I feel that what the use of those lands is, tomorrow a corporate with a bulk of green notes will come and buy ...
